Payment terms

We currently accept payment through Paypal or pre-pay Invoice.

 Inventory

The hobao-shop.com.com website is unable to display current inventory quantities. 

 Shipping

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Turku Finland by EMS, DHL or TNT. We will try to ship the same day on payment received by 2 PM GMT +2 but may be shipped the following day or after the arrival of the product to our stock. All orders paid with Pay Pal must ship to the billing address of that Pay Pal account or to an approved (by your credit card company) alternate "ship to address". DHL delivers Monday thru Friday (Saturday deliveries are extra and can only be requested by telephone). ***Small orders of 250 gr or less & under 100 EUR can be shipped via EMS (priority mail) upon request.***

An order that exceeds these requirements will be switched to DHL ground shipping.

Any order over 100 EUR and all express orders will require signature confirmation. 

International Orders

Nitrohouse welcomes international orders for parts & accessories and will be shipped via DHL Express.

It is illegal to list anything but actual amounts paid by you in invoices or on customs forms. Please do not ask us to list a false amount or mark as a gift.

Shipping does not include taxes, customs or duties. These fees are paid at point of delivery by customer.

Returning Items

We at hobao-shop.com do our best to make sure you receive the exact merchandise you order in a timely manner. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase under the following guidelines.

Returns Policy

Returned merchandise must in New and Unused condition and in its original packaging.

No returns on used or opened items.

Return credit must be issued in the manner of the original payment (returns of Pay Pal orders will only be refunded to the Pay Pal account of the original purchase).

Customers are responsible for shipping on all returns. You must take care in packaging so we receive the packages in undamaged condition.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless store credit is requested.

Incorrect Parts

We do everything we can to insure you receive the correct part but mistakes do happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick it up and replace it. The replacement part will be shipped when we receive the incorrect part returned. Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong part by email to niko(at)hobao.fi

Defective Merchandise

All defective or missing merchandise or parts are warranted or serviced through the manufacturer only.

Damaged Merchandise

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the package and then discover it has been damaged send e-mail to us immediately. We'll handle form here. Be sure to save all paperwork and packaging material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing a claim. Please do not return damaged in shipment merchandise yourself, it could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.

Lost Boxes

If you feel a box has been lost in transit, contact us by e-mail. We will initiate the trace with the shipper. A claim number will be issued if the carrier does not show delivery within 14 days of scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier.

Exchanges

If you are requesting another item in exchange for returned merchandise, and if that item is a different price, please indicate how you wish to or be credited for the difference. Either Pay Pal or store credit
